Reinforced Concrete: Verification of reinforcing steel, all concrete placements that exceeds 2,500 lbs psi and during the taking of tests specimens to perform slump, temperature, air content and making/testing required concrete samples, and compressive strength tests for each concrete mix design.


Reinforced Masonry: Preparation of any pre-construction masonry prisms, mortar field testing when needed, during the placement of all masonry units and reinforcing steel, prior to enclosing clean outs, and during all grouting operations to obtain the necessary testing samples.


High-Strength Bolting: Inspection for high strength bolting is required during installation and tightening of A325 and A490 bolts is in accordance with recognized standards.


Epoxy/Drill Anchors: Inspection for all “drill-in” anchors including expansion anchors, adhesives and grouted anchors, and un-reinforced masonry (URM) anchors is required to ensure that all materials and installation procedure comply with recognized standards and per Register Design Professional Plans.
